Mountain Health Co is a nutrition and exercise company focused on changing lives for the better through educating people on how to make informed, consistent and improved decisions related to nutrition, exercise and well being.

We understand every person is individual with regards goals, bodies, lifestyles, responsibilities, and circumstances. This is our foundation. Having this solid foundation enables us to provide each and every person we have contact with the best advice to help them achieve, wherever they may be in the world.

ABOUT MOUNTAIN HEALTH CO

When I am not coaching, I spend my time running ultra-marathons, obstacle course racing and playing football, These are sports I love and I have become an accredited Athletics Australia Running Coach, English FA accredited football coach, and I’ve also represented Great Britain at the Obstacle Racing World Championships.

I’m James Coffey, founder of Mountain Health Co based in Roleystone, Western Australia.

Mountain Health Co was established to share my knowledge of nutrition, physical fitness and mental health as I believe these are the three key pillars to a sustainable healthy life. Not being content with being your average personal trainer, I have studied multiple qualifications in nutrition and other life coaching theories to broaden my knowledge and gain a better understanding of what real health and wellbeing is. With studies continually finding new theories I continue to take further courses on a regular basis to enable my clients to have the most up to date information and help them become the best version of themselves. Through one on one sessions, group training, online workshops and corporate speaking I have made it my life’s work to help people live longer, healthier and fulfilled lives.

So as you can see I practice what I preach by staying active, eating well, being positive and always trying to improve myself in all aspects of life.  Whether you would like to lose some weight post pregnancy, want to train for an event, just tidy up your eating habits or to make some positive changes in life please get in touch.
